Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: JULY 31, 2026
1. What we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, email address and avatar. We do not receive your Discord password.
- Order and usage data — plans you purchase, proxy credentials we issue, bandwidth consumed, and aggregate traffic analytics (domains and volumes) needed to operate and bill the service.
- Payment data — top-ups and charges are processed by our payment providers (including Stripe). We store transaction references and amounts; card numbers never touch our servers.
- Support data — messages you send us in tickets or Discord.
2. What we use it for
Operating the service: provisioning proxies, metering data, billing, renewals, fraud prevention, support, and service announcements. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Proxy traffic
We do not inspect the content of your proxy traffic. We retain aggregate metering and destination analytics (hostnames, request counts, bytes) as required to bill data usage, enforce acceptable use, and keep the network healthy.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with processors needed to run the service — payment processing, infrastructure and upstream network providers — under their own privacy commitments, and with authorities where the law requires it.
5. Retention
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. You can request deletion of your account data via a support ticket; we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Open a ticket in Discord and we will handle it.
7. Changes
Material changes to this policy are announced in the Discord and on this page.
