Terms of Service

1. The service

Porter Proxies (“we”, “us”) provides ISP and residential proxy access. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is via Discord. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Discord account secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

3. Payments

Purchases are paid by card, processed by our payment providers (including Stripe); card details never touch our servers. Subscription plans renew automatically each period on your default saved card until cancelled. You can cancel any subscription from the dashboard at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Residential data

Residential data purchases are one-time and do not expire. Data is non-transferable between accounts unless we agree otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation;
  • commit fraud, including payment fraud, account takeover, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • send spam or malware, run phishing infrastructure, or attack, overload or disrupt third-party services;
  • infringe the rights of others, including privacy rights;
  • resell access without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

6. Service levels

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. IPs that arrive dead or flagged are replaced free of charge — see the Refund Policy for details. We may modify pools, endpoints and features to keep the network healthy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed purchases.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Discord and on this page; continued use after a change means you accept it.
