Refund Policy

Dead or flagged IPs

If an ISP proxy arrives dead or already flagged, we replace it free of charge. Open a ticket in Discord with the affected IPs and we will swap them the same day.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period stays active until it ends. Completed periods are not refunded.

Residential data

Residential data is delivered instantly and does not expire, so data purchases are final once delivery has succeeded. If provisioning fails and cannot be resolved, the purchase is refunded in full to your original payment method.

Failed provisioning

If an order fails to provision, our system retries automatically and alerts our team. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund to your original payment method — your payment is never kept for an undelivered order.
